When it comes to food we know our stuff

We follow the ethos of the Slow Food movement, we believe in using the finest local ingredients be it organic vegetables, home produced jams and eggs, meat from our local butcher two minutes walk away or home grown herbs. By sourcing locally we support the local producers and controlling our carbon footprint by reducing food miles; we have obtained the green dragon award for the third year.

If you want an informal breakfast you are welcome to laze in our Summer House with views over the Towy valley where you can sample the “Welsh take” on a continental breakfast. Our dining room provides a more conventional setting to enjoy traditional Welsh Breakfast where the menu ranges from coddled eggs, kippers, to a full Welsh Breakfast with laverbread.

Evening meals can be prepared by prior arrangement and can be enjoyed in our Georgian panelled dinning room lit by crystal candlelight.
